Looking to be a vendor at our Ga. Mt. Charity Camelot-Fest?  We welcome you to join us in this exciting two-day event for North Georgia.  Come and share your unique talents and hard to find treasures!  We only ask that you come in period dress and have your display period specific as well…  If your product does not cover back of tent space, we would like you to use a theme backdrop to create the illusion of a true marketplace…  We want special vendors for our show… come join us and make the weekend truly magical for all who attend. 

   All participants with a booth space will be charged $75 for a 10×10 space or $125 for a 10×20 space.  This includes artists, vendors and food.  Exhibitors with no product to sell, please contact us for booth availability.  All participants are asked to send a photo of their display for promotional purposes.

   All spaces should be in tents or pop-ups.  Food vendors may use a food trailer.  Generators are allowed and a limited number of electrical outlets are available for $25.  Each vendor will be given two name badges.  Additional badges are available for $5 each.

   All booths should be up and running 30 minutes prior to gate opening. Setup can begin on Friday, June 19 at 4 p.m.  The area is in a secured fenced area and security personnel will be on site.
